13ish weeks old Asian Black from TSC

From first glance, it looks like a hen to me. Feed stores usually mark if they are pullets or unsexed. I believe tractor supply does it as well. Do you remember if they specified?

It looks like a female, very feminine looks

While it looks a lot like a hen...it is developing saddle feathers and a rooster stance

It was supposed to be pullets.

But at least one of the other three "pullets" is not.

The way the saddle over laps the tail screams rooster to me on the black one. Give him time and you will eventually start seeing the Sickles
