Lame Duckling

Hi. MY duckling got her ankle caught in something in the pen. It was swollen for a bit and quickly got better. 5 minutes later she can't walk at all. I don't know what do and I've never written anything on here before.
I've raised ducklings before, but I've never had this many problems as I'm having now.

I add additional brewers yeast in their food so I don't think its a nutritional thing, but I could be wrong.

Please help!

Sorry you're having troubles. What other problems are you having? Can you describe the brooder setup? How old is this duckling?

How long ago was this injury? You said it swelled up and then went down? But then she couldn't walk? Or was it five minutes after the injury that she couldn't walk?

She's three weeks old. I noticed her legs got tangled. After I untangled it I ran some cool not cold water over it to encourage the swelling to go down. That stayed limp and I expected to to be for a while. After I put her in the brooder with the others I checked on her about 5 minutes later. Her legs won't move at all and she can't get you. I have her by a water bowl so she can stay hydrated. Hopefully in the morning she will still be alive.
If she is I wondered if I could put her in the bathtub to swim. Would that help?

Sorry I'm seeing all my word mess ups. When I checked on her she couldn't get up, not get you. I put her near a bowl of water.

Possibly tired from struggling?..Maybe damaged tendons?..

Injury was last night.Brooder is a massive rubber maid container. When I got the ducklings they were supposed to come with a heat pack, but the brooder didn't

You have no heat for them?....What was it trapped in?..I'm confused as to what is going on?

Are they living outside and not in a brooder now?..

I hope so. This morning it doesn't seem like anything has changed. Although when I checked on her this morning she was at the other end of the brooder. I guess she must have wiggled there.

They are in brooder inside. I have a heat lamp for them. Foot got caught under a bowl. I don't know why she gone totally lame it was only one foot trapped I don't why she acts as though both are messed up. I hope I answered them all
