My only EE hens crop is almost the size of a softball. It is not hard at all, very soft actually. My chickens free range all day and coop at night. It has been the same the past few days and is not really going down at nighttime. She is foraging by herself most of the day, which is a little unusual considering they usually stay packed together as a flock. I will add that she is not really lethargic, but her crop is really big. What should I do besides massage it a few times a day.
