I just want to help as much as I can, and that’s all I could think of.It shouldn’t need any intervention. I would not recommend this on a healthy chick who had eaten and isn’t impacted.

You had good intentions.I just want to help as much as I can, and that’s all I could think of.
All they’ve had beside their normal feed is meal worms. And I’ve been put then outside during the day and I’m wondering if our dirt is maybe stuck in the crops? I’m checking and almost all of my chicks have HARD crops. It shouldn’t need any intervention. I would not recommend this on a healthy chick who had eaten and isn’t impacted.
Is hard normal though? They SHOULD get the full crop if they are eating well.
I actually worry about any that don't get a full crop.
They do have access to dirt, I put them outside every day for 3-4hrs.They’ve stuffed themselves full, they should be empty by morning. As long as they have water, they’ll be fine and hungry all over again. Do they have grit or access to dirt with small rock in it?
