Is he still with us, I agree, don't want the bird to suffer, but if he can live...
I dont' know, do what YOU think you should do, don't count on another persons advice. Do YOU think the bird has the will to live? Do YOU think you can go through and help him recover if possible? You have the bird, you will make a better division on his life or death then we can will limited pictures.

Ya, it shard to make a decision, lets see what some other members think it is, and go from there. That is what I would do. I followed a post like this and everything turned out fine in the end.
