Large swelling on foot?

Hello! My duck, Nibbles, has recently developed a large swelling on his foot. He isn’t moving much because he doesn’t want to put pressure on it, but he otherwise seems healthy. It has been there for about 3-4 days. Does anyone know what this might be?

Possibly bumble my Indian Runner duck came up with something similar I have treated bumble an never seen one like this so we took her to the vet where she got antibiotic and meloxocam. For inflammation two weeks later I used a scalpel an opened it up had to really mash to get that core out but it came out. Hers was swollen top an bottom another bumble I’d never seen. How does this swelling feel?
