Moose is definitely haply he knows how to get the job done. He's doing it almost daily, and I have to admit, it's funny to watch sometimes. His girls are apparently super happy too.

Pebble is sleeping somewhere outside, cannot for the life of me find her though after she disappears each evening

As for Pebbles, wait for a thunderstorm. That's how we finally found the cockerel that was running off somewhere to sleep. At 2 am.

Had one 2 nights ago. Funny thing is her Lifeline Buddy doesn't join her at night. I thought for sure the first morning that she was gone because Twila and Moose were without her, and then an hour later, Pebble was with them. Those 3 are inseparable during the day, but come night time, they'll walk her part way to her mystery spot and then go into their proper house. I thought I had found it last night, but no luck. And she can't fly, so it's not like she's in the tree either.... darn duck

Silver has ducklings! Ended the brood with 4 (the other hen lost all of her six. Silver only lost 1 fertile of her six, the other never started to develop). So far she has a White Layer and a (I think female, but I don't remember for certain) Golden 300. The other two are pipped.

Golly they're slow to hatch. The White took about 2 days from pip to hatch. Gotta keep reminding myself that they're not going to just pop out like chicks. I'll grab a picture once they're all done so no one is shrinkwrapped

No, still working on the outside pens, so all the ducks beside the newest Littles and the sale ones are free range. Once I find her though, she's going with the sale ones just so she's contained

Mama is proud of her 3 babies. 2 White Layers, 1 300. Last White didn't make it to hatch, it passed after popping last night.
