This is my first time hatching eggs, and first time candling.... I don't know anything more than what I've read on here. I have 14 Eggs in a still air bator. My temp has been spiking everynight while I'm asleep to like 105, and I haven't figured out a way to prevent it. I figured I'd screwed it all up and killed them all because anytime I tried candling, I saw either nothing, or pretty definite blood rings. [IMG]

So I gave up. I was going to pitch all the eggs and just admit defeat. I candled one last time this morning, day 13.... and I have 3 very positive embryos with veins!!!

I'm so happy I didn't ruin ALL the eggs! A bunch still have blood rings though, and two are infertile.... but a few are too dark to see anything but the air sac..... what does this mean??
