Got home today just in time for the last few seconds before this little mixed gosling hatched. The goslings are part of a breeding project here at the farm. The first generation will then be selected for breeding next year.
The gander is Sebastopol and goose is an African. Shown in the first photo on cold day this winter, snow flurries falling.
Love hatching season. The hatchling here is now warm, fluffy, and hanging out with hatch mates.
