Late layers

I have some hens that are, to the best of my knowledge, about 7 months old. Not one of them has ever lain an egg. Their faces are starting to redden up, and I haven't added any artificial light to their pen, so I assume this is normal since it's wintertime? Was just looking for some feedback. I'm ready for some eggs.

Depending upon the breed this is not necessarily abnormal.

Well, they're all different. I have a Lavender Orpington, a Rhode Island Red, and what I think is an Easter Egger. I also have a stray chicken we adopted, and she's not laying either. Looks like a Barred Rock to me, but I have NO idea how old she is. Older, I suspect.
