Here is the recipe: Directions:
3 eggs Bake pie shell at 400 deg. for 5 min. so shell won't get soggy
1 c. sugar Comb. all ingredients except eggs and mix well, then add the
1/4 c. melt. butter beaten eggs
2 tb. flour Pour into pie shell, Bake 325 for 45-50 min. or until an inserted knife
1 c. milk comes out clean. Do not over cook
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 recipe for a 9" single crust pie

It's quiet on here. Guess everyone is busy. Just came on to say my granddaughter Reagan was born this morning. She weighed in at a whopping 10lb. 4oz. and she's 20' long. Mother and baby fine. I'll post a picture when I get one. I hope to go over the mountain and see her later this week.
