Oh, and I swear this one is saying, "Hey everyone! Look what I just figured out!" as he knocked all the plants out of their holder & tromped them.

More shortly!

Here is my older covey. I thought this was awfully cute. They are just recovering from a molt, but they never stopped laying during it. (Well, ONE did...)

NOW THATS CUTE.... HE'S IN THERE JUST GETTIN' AFTER IT AND THE OTHER BIRDS ARE OUTSIDE WATCHING LIKE "DUDE! YOU'RE HOGGING ALL THE SAND! "

It was really funny! They kept peeking over, but he wouldn't let them in nor would he hurry up for them. He was in there at least 15 minutes before I gave up on getting pictures of the others in the sand, LOL.

I'd give them a bigger sandbox, but I don't want to have to scoop it & this one seems not to get spilled too quickly. (It's from a 2lb tub of dates.)

My son got a new camera for Christmas. It's a step up from mine. He's going to have to be careful or he'll lose it. You can't get pictures like those with mine even if it is a decent camera!

I just went out and there were two more eggs in that pen. That makes at least three girls & two confirmed (but I'm sure three) boys! Three to figure out, still.

Here's the required proof.

Well, your two white hens and the G Manchurian. Now is it boots that has the white bib that goes down to the white belly? Cause I might have to back off on that one if it is. The other white beard and belly.

Oh no, that makes 5 possible girls. How could that happen, I must be making a mistake. That can't possibly be right.

Oh, I love guessing.

If you don't want that red, I'll take him?

No, I looked again and the other white beard and belly- that's a boy, so 4 pullets. Not bad, close enough to half to call it.

Oh, and 5 females would be wonderful. NO, we all know there are SIX females in there.
