Lathargic just laying face down

Not really sure if he hit his head or not. there is another roo but the other one is scared of him and theres no blood

He is about 6 months old and i have him and 8 silkies

Another thing is they have all been inside since i got them there in a coop in my basement

Green poop can come from not eating. If I had to guess, I would say Merek's, not botulism.
