Yay! I'm pretty sure she is a female, just threw me off when she got such a prominate comb at three days old and also how she use to go for my hand at day one! I guess she is just smart and knew where the food was coming from, also just so bold and friendly from day one! I guess it made me think she was a roo, but I am pretty sure she is a pullet, I hope
Your Lavenders are beautiful! Do you think that they just all are really bold and friendly? That's what made me think mine was a roo and also the big comb for her head! My Austalope is also the same way! They both jump up on my knee.
That's great! I am glad I don't think I will have to rehome mine, but I have 8 and I thought I might accidentally get a roo or 1 would not make it or something, but now I am thinking hope I don't have too many! I think have read they live 10-13 years! I ordered more than I really should have because I didn't want to add on later and just wanted to have a little flock that would be together from the start
