I sure hope you're right.
I was thinking of working his good leg some to keep the muscle strength, but I have spent so much time with him I have not been working with my 16mth old foster horse and he is getting obnoxious. He kicked me today, I managed to get my hand up to take the blow instead of my face getting it.
I have 3 more days off work, tomorrow I will be gone most of the day so I am hesitant to put sugardine when I am not here to watch for ants. Friday is my birthday, so it will be a slow day lol. Saturday is Farmer's Market. I have to go back to work on Sunday evening so the 3-4 times a day wrapping will end... it will be 2 max, on good days. I will give him "PT" a couple of times on Friday and Saturday, let him out to flirt with the girls (that really did perk him up some, it seems) and pick at the grass.
I don't know if I mentioned my vet fixed me 7 days of pencillin injections? He said if after a week I am still concerned to let him know and he will see what else they can do for me. He said if I am willing to let them read up and study some then they will help any way they can. They rock so hard.
ETA - Mr B said he was cutting grass and Kubota was against the fence. Mr B was gonna go around him and give him room but Kubota ran to the lawnmower instead of away. Still don't know how only that leg was caught up in it... but I suppose that is bad enough!!
