Laying in odd places

Hello!
Finally got our first egg today; I’m not sure which one of our three hens laid it, but whoever it was did it smack bang in the middle of the lawn I nearly stood on it! How do I get them to lay in their lovely nesting box instead?

Try putting fake eggs or golf balls in the nesting boxes until they all learn where to lay.
