I have soaked her feet for 10 minutes in a Epsom salt bath. I will continue to do so twice a day. Is there a suggested ration for the salts to water ?

For an ointment - can I just use Polysporin?

@Miss Lydia may have a recommendation on the amount of Epsom salt. (I just shake some in the water)
And yes, polysporin should be fine.

I had one like this the other day. I stuck him in a bathtub of plain warm water for about an hour (plain because I'm lazy and I didn't want to have to sit and watch him to make sure he wouldn't drink Epsom salt water ), then cleaned his foot really well with chlorhexadine and a fingernail scrub brush, then applied neosporin and wrapped the foot with a no-stick pad, gauze for padding, vetwrap, and duct tape to keep it dry.

I don't think I've ever come across a "recipe" for the ratio of Epsom salt to water. I will dump about half a cup of the salt into about a quart or two of warm water.

Unless a chicken really guzzles Epsom salt water, it won't do much more than give them the runs.
