Came home from school, and I found this little cutie!!! No others yet, but we named her Joy. Pebbles didn’t seem to mind up picking her up.

I also went ahead and set up the incubator in case she stops sitting on the eggs.

Yes! I don’t know whether it’s early or just that the others are staggered, but it’s so exciting! My first ever hatch is at least 20% hatch rate (but hopefully more!)

When I hatched my chicks the first one hatched 2 days early then the next 2 the day after and the last one hatched on the due date it was crazy

Went to let out the chickens, and, along with Joy, at least one chick has pipped! (Pebbles is still sitting!!!)
