Lethargic chick with clear/mucousy poop

It's not possible to determine cause of death unless you want to pay for a necropsy.

If it were my chick, I would assume it was an individual issue, most likely a genetic abnormality or failure to thrive or shipping stress.

As long as all the other chicks are behaving normally, I think it would be safe to assume whatever killed this chick affected only this chick.

Everyone else seems healthy, eating, drinking and running around.
There is at least one other chick in your picture by the little roost bars showing a dirty/pasty butt.

Sorry you lost her.
