Lethargic chick

We have an 8 week old chicken that suddenly became lethargic, wasn't eating/drinking, and was sitting in a corner alone super puffy, away from the flock. We started mixing Corrid in the water incase she had parasites and she instantly got better and was back to normal. We stopped the Corrid since she finished the full 5 day recommended course and was doing 100% better. Unfortunately today she's looking sick again with the same symptoms as before. What could this be? Is it possible that we should’ve continued the Corrid for longer?
