If she's not drinking, then you'll need to syringe the medicated water into her several times a day.I purchased Enrofloxin powder 10%, it says one tsp per gallon of water, and change everyday. I have 2 birds that are quarantined now. The first bird that developed these symptoms, I asked for help on BYC. She’s still alive…and I don’t want this bird to go thru this!

In your other thread, that hen was passing lash material. It's possible this other could also have Salpingitis as well, depending on the cause.
All you can do is try treating them with what you have or if vet care is an option, then seeking a diagnosis from an Avian Vet would be good.
Hopefully if you can get the meds into her, her symptoms will improve. As with most reproductive disorders, hens can wax and wane over a period of time. There's no real cure once a condition is causing issues, but sometimes you can manage symptoms, offer supportive care and make them comfortable for a period of time.
