Lethargic duckling with neck contracted against body

My duckling isn't in any pain, but it does walk sideways. It cannot walk forward at all and it used to fall on its side and not be able to get back up. She hasn't fallen in quite a while, but still walks sideways all the time. We call her Weebles because Weebles wobble, but they don't fall down... It's a saying from a kids toy that my kids enjoyed

Would I just use human grade b complex? The feed store only had b12 for poultry.

the feed store also has b complex for cattle and Rooster Booster Poultry Cell, both of those are good.

They only had injectable complex...can that be used orally?

I forgot all about rooster booster poultry cell... I bought this for mine and mix it in with their food. It has tons of vitamins and minerals in it.
