Let's Chickenize Lyrics!!!!!!

The new song "Pumped-Up Kicks" by _Foster the People_ makes me think of saying "Run Chicken Run!" so I finally wrote a poultry version! It came out this summer when I was making henhouse repairs because of a couple raccoon attacks.

Here's my poultry version - I didn't have to change to much to make it into a song about poultry!:

It's just that one song that reminds me of chickens!!! It's because of the beat (similar to the speed of chicken legs running), the word "kicks" that rhymes with "chicks" and "outrun my gun" which reminds me of that picture of the baby chick with a gun (vs. the Big Bad Raccoon). Then there's the whistling....

Sorry I can't think of another one except maybe a Spanish song called "Olvidame, Ignorame" (Forget Me, Ignore Me) which was a big hit in the heat of August when I did a lot of repairs to a henhouse that didn't have hardware cloth on it vs. raccoons. As I was installling hardware cloth, I kept imagining the chickens saying mournfully "Forget me, Ignore Me....and We Get Attacked......"

If anybody wants me to try in Spanish I can.....
