Let's compare gas prices

$3.89 today (was $3.99 2 days ago) for regular -

$3.99 today (was $4.09 2 days ago) for middle grade (what our Jimmy has to have to run "clean" GRRR)

yup sad news - gas is more than milk up here in Maine

In mid michigan it depends on what town you go to here in Flushing 4.09 regular, in Clio it was 3.89 for regular but you have to drive into clio not by the freeway, and in Birch Run 4.09 and in Genesee it was 3.99 Talk about fluxuations huh? UGH

I saw it for $3.79 tonight in Garner. Gasbuddy is showing the lowest price in NC at $3.60 in Murphy, and the highest at $4.09 in Asheville.

Maybe in your neck of the woods... $4.34 - $4.44, last time I checked. I've been amazed that it's stayed stable for the last week...

We take one or two long distance trips each summer. We never really have a destination, so gas is just part of it. Our camper is just a little thing, we don't tow a vacation house lol.

This year, we have gotten to a late start, we usually have gone a couple times by now, but I just HAD to have a coop!​

Just got back from a business trip along the coast of California Hwy 20, 1 & 101 going into Oregon then down I-5 south, most gas is selling from $4.16 to $4.59 a gallon for regular.

That's the same as here, $4.59, though my mother just paid $4.70 down south.

Diesel was about five and a half....3 days ago.

$3.99 for my last gas three days ago in NH. My husband who works in Cambridge just got the ok to work from home 3 days a week (up from 2 and he usually only does 1 day a week), good thing since its an hour by car and 90 minutes car/train combo. I end up working from home once every few weeks because it's not as embraced at my company even though my boss is supportive. I wish it weren't that way...

But yeah it's getting up there. Still we're much better off than a lot of Europeans where gas is near $10/gallon. I think this is the shock point for a finite resource. The world's oil is virtually all discovered and we haven't figured out alternate energy...
