The duck eggs are in a seperate incubator.

I wiped the 4 left off and put them in, no more sweating and they look
to be doing good.

I am going to put Mels eggs in tommrow because my hygrometer broke
and I still need to get a new one for the other bator.

Its day 1!, and everything is going perfect!
the humdity back up to what its suppose to when I turn

I cant wait to candle to see how they are doing and see how
many are fertile.

I am putting Mels eggs in today because I have to go get
a hygrometer

Well, i put mels eggs in this morning and the humdity was good, and I got
rushed out of the house because we were going to eat breakfest. That was
at 9:30 this morning!

I come home at 6:40 PM and the humidty is at 23%, I dont know if it was like
this all day because I wasnt home, should the eggs be okay?.

They were shipped eggs, so not necessarily infertile. If chilled or left in extreme heat, even fertilized eggs can have development stopped before the naked eye can see it so that they appear infertile.

Can you even tell for sure after only 5 days?

You put them in the bator on the 26th and had problems with humidity. You had a new bator, right? and new hygrometer?

Mel has a fabulous rep for her eggs. If she shipped them as fertile, then you can be assured they were fertile. Shipping, handling, equipment varience and operator experience (or lack of) all factor in.
A more mature and less rude way to express your disappointment would have been to contact Mel privately and see what she thinkgs may have gone wrong.
