Let's have a gosling hatchalong!

THanks chickenlisa do you happen to know the brand name --- I will probably need to buy it on-line as I am a long way away from anywhere!

The box says Mainstays- Digital Kitchen Scale- weighs grams and ounces up to 10 lbs. Lithium battery included, Precise measurement- Made in china- Walmart.com

Hope you can find one!

Thanks ChickenLisa -- I'll look for one on-line -

Are we suppose to be maintaining a 50% humidity? I thought we should do 20-25 %? That may explain some of my problems, I've got 4 goslings so far and 1 pip. I think the rest are not going to pip and may be DIS

I would say NO...50% is too high for the duration of incubation...25% is ideal so you're where you need to be... I think the advice was because there was too much moisture loss early on so this higher humidity level is to try and make up for that.

Wow you all have been busy! Love all the pics and stories

Also good luck to those who are getting near with their next eggs. That final week is such an anxious time for all owners and especially for eggs that are much anticipated.

Here in the UK it a very late start to Spring following a long and cold Winter. We're still waiting for our first youngsters for 2013!
