Let's have a gosling hatchalong!

Where did my pictures go?

400
here's mine. Three are from all white parents and fourth came from a breeder that had different colors, so I don't know on its color yet.

The buff girl did not make it. The remaining African looks like it will hatch out ok..... eventually. The grey boy is still not out of the woods, but continues to drain fluid from nares and build strength.

Pete, I am thrilled if it is a blue saddleback and if it is a female will be tickled silly!

It is so lonely without any other goslings in with it. So I guess you can imagine where baby is right now huh? Yes, in my lap trying to help type to you... This one is awful femine looking.

The two from Gloria are both grey saddlebacks.... WOW IF the saddlebacks are female I will be thrilled to pieces. Did I read that right Pete?

The one is still laying down moving a bit more here and there but not a lot yet. Not sure that one is going to make it. If it does it will be a miracle. The other one is still in the egg. I have been taking off bits of eggs to help it hatch. I wait until I see no veins in the membrane then I peel off shell and some of the membrane. These are some big goslings!

Thank you very much Pete!!!!

Thanks, guys. We'll try again next week with the next pair of eggs for that elusive buff girl. In the meantime, I'm doing my best to get my hard hatch over his challenges and watching over the last African egg who seems to be in no hurry to finish hatching out.
