I'm shooting for 60-65 degrees... have hatched eggs shipped through the ol' SWC and SEC summer, and countertop eggs which sat @ 78 degrees for a week.
I am only collecting like 3-4 a day from the largest white hens I have, so want as many as possible to be in the "zone"...
I keep thinking how "hens in the wild" would dig a shallow, cool, damp nest and half-cover the eggs with dirt while laying a clutch
