And here is PePe. Not a very clear shot but you see his colors.
And here he is going back the other way.
I got goats for my birthday from my husband. He said he felt weird but he knew that's what I wanted. I love the picture of Ruth. Pleas post baby pics once they have them.I apparently have posted in this thread before but I'm not going back through hundreds of posts to see what I said.... SO........ Here I am starting anew. I'll try to talk the wife into posting pictures of the herd as of yesterday. Yesterday was our 14th wedding anniversary. Hallmark says the 14th traditional gift is animals*...(notice the * ) Apparently it used to be ivory but that's no longer PC and quite frankly it's hard to find Rhinos and Elephants in Georgia without breaking into the zoo which is frowned upon. So I decided to go with goats. Got 2 does and a whether. That puts up to 8 Nigerian Dwarfs now. 2 Bucks, 1 whether, and 5 does. Pretty sure all the does are now bred. One buck is 4 months and he is the daddy for 2 of the does, possibly 3. The two new does I got yesterday was already bred. (we believe). But that little 4 month old is quite the little stud...lol. We'll see if his baby batter is potent yet. Anyhow, my wife asked me if we were getting more and I said, "Nope. Eight is enough". She called me out on the bad 70s TV reference. The kids just stared blankly with no clue what we were talking about...
But they are 8 of the sweetest goats and they're getting spoiled. We'll also post pictures of their playground.
