Lets talk about goats!

I'm sure she is pregnant. She is about 3 months along. I'm just wondering why she would be so much bigger then my other goats that were bred at the same time as her.
She is about 100+ pounds, and the other two are maybe 60-70 pounds...
Is she fat, or likely pregnant with tons of babies?

She may be a larger doe to start with, but looking at pictures, she looks like she's carrying multiples. Every doe is different, every doe carries her babies different.
Can you say for certain she wasn't bred sooner? She's pretty large for being 2months away from kidding yet. If I were to wager a guess (and this is ONLY a guess, lol)
I would guess three, one on each side and one in the bottom keeping the other pushed up a bit. I don't raise Nigerians though, so take that for what it's worth. They are notorious for having lots of babies.

If you want to check about "fatness" aka body condition, here are some informational links:

and a Youtube video:

Thank you for those links! From what I have gathered in the links, I do believe she is just full of babies!
I don't believe her due date is much closer then what I originally posted. I let my buck run with the girls for about 3 weeks. The soonest they are due is Jan 28th to Feb 14th.
Her spine is boney and easily grasped, and ribs are easy to feel. But she is one WIDE load! I'm guessing 3-4 babies in there... She is on a diet, but still well fed. I just separate them for feedings, or this gal eats everyone else's food, plus hers and they don't get enough, and she gets more then her share...

Hiya! Wanted to show off my girls :) and my friends are tired of hearing about them haha

This is Tankerbell (spelling on purpose, she weighs over 200 lol). Her dad was a huge Boer, and her mom was a giant Saanen.
She's a bit peeved to be sharing a pen with two minis; otherwise she's sweet and fluffy. And big. Very big.

This is my lil doe. She needs a name. Right now she's going by Babycakes until I figure it out. (Suggestions welcome!!!)
She's 8 months old, pudgy and very vocal. I think she looks like a mini reindeer lol

They are lovely and, I actually like Babycakes, or maybe Cupcake, for your newest little doeling
