Aye, Reemay is the stuff. It can add 3-5 degrees or more underneath which can mean a great deal depending on the time of year, and when your trying to crop. We use stones to hold them down, and burlap sand bags. We live on a peninsula, which has pacific ocean water around 3 sides, not really any trees, so it is always windy here.

It can be layed just over the crop itself since it is so light in weight, it can also be used with low tunnels made from wire, pvc, or as we use, metal conduit.

If it would ever stop raining for more than a few minutes at a time, I was going to get mine planted this weekend!

We start a great deal of it in the greenhouse, then take it to the field and plant it up, take it to the hoophouse to grow some more, or move it into the shade house in case it is too hot (no worries of that so far this year)
