Leucistic hawk in northern Indiana

Not having any problems with this bird, just wanted to share this unusual sighting.

I saw this hawk sitting along the highway on my way to work Tuesday morning and again yesterday morning. I messaged my sister who is an avid bird enthusiast, and she went looking for it and got these pictures. She believes it is a leucistic rough-legged hawk, but sent the pics to her Audubon group for confirmation.

It is could be a leucistic red-tailed hawk, you could not tell they are one because they have no red tail! Beautiful though!
 
Wow, this is a once in a lifetime kind of sighting. You're so lucky! Absolutely beautiful animal.
 
That reminds me that I saw a white goose leading a bunch of Canadian geese flying overhead...I thought it was albino, was an amazing sight to see a white goose amongst the others.
