LGBTQ+ Poultry Keepers

All people or just the ones that behave abominably?

There's an idiot around every corner, some days they line the blocks.

Whenever I see someone behaving like that, I wonder.....what is their burden?
What happened to them make them do the terrible things they do?
...and I'm glad I'm not them.
I play it safe and avoid people. ;)

I have mullein flowers infusing in honey to make a bronchial expectorant syrup.

I use it in the spring mainly, mullein dries up the airways quite well!
My neighbor told me to dry mullein leaves for a tea to help with upper respiratory tract infections. So I picked some leaves. Should I get some flowers too?
my shift lead Tasha had to physically push a rude customer out of the building because she was upset about not getting something that was taking a bit longer than usual.
Just heard on the news that 911 operators were complaining about callers being verbally abusive. WTF, people! you're calling them for help!

And concert goers throwing things at the performers?!?!

I have to really try to wonder what is their burden... sometimes I can, sometimes I just want to throttle them.

Like you, very glad I'm not them, and don't have to deal with them.

I do too, but it's not always possible...
....and for some it's not possible at all, like working in retail.

Red Raspberry leaf and Mullein tea is what I used to use for 'colds'.
There was a 3rd ingredient, but I can't remember what it was.

Totally thought something super long staple-wise would be easy to spin, it is not
Nope! There's a knack for short fibers, and a knack for long firbers. And it's a different knack.
:lau

Have you ever spun flax from a distaff? I watched someone do it... talk about a knack. She made it look easy, but she said it took a long time to learn to do it well. And the distaff had to be well-dressed (the flax put on it) to make it easier to spin, and it took a while to learn how to do that too.
