LGBTQ+ Poultry Keepers

Today is the full moon, so I went out and harvested some St. John's Wort and have two jars full of them and covered in whiskey to make some tincture.

I'm also infusing some olive oil with yarrow, plantain, and mullein flowers to make a first aid salve (for cuts, rashes, and insect bites). And, I have mullein flowers infusing in honey to make a bronchial expectorant syrup.

Plus, all the other herbs I have drying/dried for various teas.

So cool! I don't know all that stuff, so I'm just hoping the full moon will grant me a successful hatch, and a successful broody hatch

Mullein is excellent for clearing your upper airways. My allergies have gotten so bad this past decade and early spring I can wease. I use it in the spring mainly, mullein dries up the airways quite well!

Although it interests me greatly, and dare I say it has a certain esthetic to it that I also enjoy, but that's not the most important part
Take pictures of the 'weeds' growing in your area, do a google image search, then type in the name of the plant and it's uses. :)

Just found out that on Sunday in the afternoon, my shift lead Tasha had to physically push a rude customer out of the building because she was upset about not getting something that was taking a bit longer than usual. The customer had refused to wait in her car and was yelling at everyone even other customers
People can be so inconsiderate and rude.

Unbelievable. The level of entitled-ness!

And this is why I hate people.

And this is why I hate people.
All people or just the ones that behave abominably?

There's an idiot around every corner, some days they line the blocks.

Whenever I see someone behaving like that, I wonder.....what is their burden?
What happened to them make them do the terrible things they do?
...and I'm glad I'm not them.
