At what age do you think fresh treats are ok for chicks? I've read a few different things and I've just been too nervous to spare any of the nutritional values they get from their grower feed! But snack time always makes me happy with the ladies and Colonal out back!

Honestly my motto right now is mom knows best. If it ain't for the mouth mom lets them know. The brooder babies I won't give anything till they're one month old

Thought I'd pop in here to show some support! Clearly a lot of individuals are not reading the mods edit. Seeing a lot of disrespect in this thread and it's kinda disappointing folks.. no matter your opinion there can still be respect and just general human decency. I would wait until fully feathered. But I rarely do treats other than small fruit cores
