I was very fortunate when it came to the monthly thing. Not too bad, and even menopause wasn't too bad. (Hubby might disaggree, lol.)

But I'm so glad it's over!

It's mainly the emotional and mental issues that I'm not happy with. Physical issues, I can find ways to lessen them.

Now I just need to train my cat to not step on me during that time. I swear she knows when it is because she purposefully will step and walk all over my tender areas like she's mocking me
