I'm not sure if I should be more ticked off or upset but I'm really confused.
None of my birds that I know of were broody the past couple weeks but I just found a duckling in the duck yard wandering around following the ducks.
I don't even know if it's Colonel's offspring or Beaker's since they both were breeding the females a lot for a few months.
Unfortunately my feed stores won't have ducklings for another week or two. I currently have it in with the chicks but I feel bad because I'm searching to see who might have ducklings nearby

Unfortunately it wasn't actually following one duck. It kept following each duck, whoever moved, it followed.
I also don't want them having it either because I keep my drakes with the duck flock

Ignore the mess and the towel, I'll be switching to pine shavings soon. This was just temporary bedding until Wilco got the shavings back in

There has been a lot of rain here! chickens had to be moved into one of the quail runs because their run doesn't have enough of a roof yet

I have found out I am visually impaired, everything makes sense now! it explains why I don't find birds relaxing! And so many other things

Quail plans this year is to cull all of my older quails and keep only the last batch of ones we bought. For some reason the ones we first got never seemed to thrive

Probably will be retrying breeding mice again! hoping I can find a good mouse breeder, so far no luck with that

I need to make an eye doctor appointment this summer. Yesterday one of my eyes really wasn't wanting to focus. Had to hold it closed to not have my subtitles try to blur

I had that happen to both eyes once, everything was extremely blurry for a few minutes, very scary and not fun!

I still need to get it properly and officially diagnosed not going to be fun because it technically isn't my eyes that are the issue

My non dominant eye likes to sit up. Generally it's only for a few seconds, not a few minutes like last night. But it's also been more sensitive lately too, so it's probably just part of my genetics, honestly

Sit up means? Still might be worth getting it looked at, there are things you can do to help/improve eye issues, better to catch it sooner rather then later!
