Yeah, it was hard keeping the humidity up. I had the little piece of driftwood sitting in a glass pie dish that I would constantly fill with water.

Ohhhh it's been a hot minute since I've been on. Lots happened and is happening!

Back in October my bf and I bought our first house. November we adopted a German Shepherd who is a total love and absolutely gorgeous. And December marks 1 year post op for my top surgery! Oh and The 7th was my 30th birthday... Good lord idk how to feel about that.

Chicken wise I'm finally getting enough eggs from my red sex link project that I'm able to ressurect my old Brinsea incubator and get that ready!

So I ended up staying home. My stomach was hurting really bad and I kept feeling like I was going to throw up so I told my dad just to go without me. He also decided not to bring the dogs so they stayed home with me.
He and my brothers are still currently at the beach.
I'm feeling a bit better than earlier this morning after sleeping in.

Long time no see!!!

I am slowly switching my flock from chickens to ducks. Have Scovies and mallard derived ones currently, getting calls and runners in May hopefully
