LGBTQ+ Poultry Keepers

Great choices! After purchasing mine I don't water until I see signs of wrinkling. How did yours come? If they did not come rooter, then you might need to water a little more frequently. But more frequently for them is like every two weeks! Yes, I'd wait for them to wrinkle a bit before watering. I've left mine wrinkling for a few weeks, even. Never had to acclimated then to full sun, but they might need some sort of acclamation. Especially since yours got shipped. That's just a theory though. If they were mine, they would've been thrown out in the full sun already. But I've been known to be a bit more aggressive with my care
They came bare roots. There is some wrinkling on the sides near the top, not big but its there.

I am at 7,000 ft elevation, the UV is very brutally intense and fries everything except the hardiest of cactus. But I'm sure these guys will enjoy a couple hours of morning sun. I have shade cloth hanging up for those that can't handle direct sun, I think I will keep him behind the cloth for a bit before any direct sun. I've got a few plants with sunburn, so I hung up a shade cloth. I too can be too aggressive or I'm just brainless when it comes to succulents. 🤣

Lithops can handle serious sun rays. I've had most of my cacti get sunburned at some time, but never a lithops! Shade cloth is such a lovely thing to do for them!
