LGBTQ+ Poultry Keepers

Hello! New to the forum and pretty new to poultry, just thought I'd drop in to say hi! Seems like a lovely and friendly thread.

We had pet chickens growing up (some silkies, hamburgs and cochins), but even though I've kept a LOT of different pets since then this is my first dive back into birds. This spring I won six yellow golden pheasant eggs on Ebay and I am now an absolutely besotted mum of four chicks. 😁🥰 I never expecetd them to be like this. They are awesome!

Thank you very much!
I am very proud of them - people said they are very flighty and probably won't become very tame... but... well. Mine are needy creatures with no concerns for personal space. 😅

I am very excited to see them grow and maybe hatch something else for next spring, even though I found the hatching extremely stressful.

Looking forward to following you guys as well!

Do you have pics? I'm so interested! 😃
