Ok so the plan is my moms gonna tell him when I’m asleep, I wake up before him usually so I won’t hear from him until I’m back from camp at 2:30 ish
Give him a few hours to think about things, like his wonderful child is still his wonderful child. At least, I hope that's what he thinks.

Sending a bunch of positive waves. And hugs. :hugs :fl :hugs

Seems fitting time to share a story. I came/was shoved out at 13. I am non-binary pansexual (which back then I just though was called girly bisexual lol) My mom was great and supportive. My dad not so much. He considered disciplinary schools and overall distanced himself from me both literally and emotionally. If not for my mom I am not sure where I would have ended up. My dad and my relationship was really difficult all through my tumultuous teenage years and early 20s. Despite all that, I am 32 now and my dad and I have come around. Our relationship, while never amazing, is honestly as good as it has ever been. We have had some very real talks and will never agree on everything but manage to mutually respect and probably even love each other.

I am sorry your dad is how he is. Not everyone's story ends like mine and there is certainly no guarantee. But I hope with a little luck and love he comes around and it doesn't take you guys a decade plus to mend your relationship. We are here if you need to talk. 🖤
