It's not just old people still writing checks.
When I still worked at Wilco, I saw different aged people writing checks.

I suppose there are some my age with checks, it just seems so unnecessary. I haven't had checks in probably 20 years. Money orders, cashier checks, on line, and gift cards really covers everything.

He originally got it so I could use it as a cloak pin, but the hooded blanket he got me to use for that was a) way too comfy and expensive for me to justify putting holes into it, and b) not strong enough for the weight of that one.

Thanks! I think that's what the pin is originally for, my bf just had a cute idea. I'll get around to wearing it at some point cause it's just too pretty to not wear it.

Thanks. He was a fighter until the end unfortunately. We were really kind of hoping he would just go to sleep and he didn't. My brother is looking into cremation right now to see if he can afford to do it
