I usually pick a theme and go from there. I have four ducks named Cookie, Dulcie, Pudding, and Strudel. Thus, the Dessert Gang.

My favourite pullet, from my March '23 hatch, Fluffy! Because she looks like a crow. And she's the friendliest thing!

I’m going for a Disney theme I think. I had four ISA brown hens that were named after some princesses, but all but Ariel died.

I tried that with my original Cornish bantams. Didn't really stick since my boy wanted to be Dwight instead of Opal and Butterball preferred that name over Sapphire
