Yeah I think it’s the hair color in general. When I had pink or purple hair, some people looked at me strangely. The general public disapprove of unconventional colored hair....

No eggs in the midwest. My hens all look a wreck. Loosing all their feathers, molting?

One of mine is molting too right now... hopefully the eggs pick up soon. It’s been a long winter and we now have a lot of egg recipes under our belts.
Does everyone have a favorite egg-user-upper recipe that’s their favorite? Mine are cheesecake, frozen custard, and corn pudding... happy to send along recipes...

Just put in 10 maple taps! I love tapping trees. It is the first "spring" chore and gets me outside during these last dreary (emotionally) weeks of winter. Going to take some pics and make a thread about it in a little bit!
