I might have a problem. As you might know I want to do an aseel×ISA brown cross, and I have two available girls for this. One is my favorite hen on the property, an elderly (actually both are) little hen that has 6 toes on both legs as well as one broken wing from a predator attack. She is not with any roosters right now, and thus she would be easier to breed her with Big Red, while the other one, the one who has the better temperament for this experiment is currently with Kolovos. Should I go ahead with the easier option?

I don't know much at all about chickens, least of all breeding
But I'd go the harder way and choose the one with the better temperament

I should say, the better temperament for this experiment means that she's, fiery...that's what I want in the offspring. For comparison the other one got bested by a 2 month old in a fight...yeah
