Uhhhhh    . It's the weekend. Wind says the same thing
Don't let him fool you, he does this during the week, too.

If I don't get my 10 hours of sleep every night, my brain turns into mush.
Wow, someone that needs more than me! I thrive on a solid 9 hours. Which I haven't gotten in a long time. Needless to say, I'm a bit of a mess.

You need to make time for more sleep! :hugsLack of sleep definitely messes with not only your body but your head as well. I am always at battle with anxiety and depression, if I don't get my sleep, life can look pretty dark. So yes, make a sleep schedule and stick to it!

Easier said than done, unfortunately. I'm the only one that takes care of the animals around here, so I have to get up for this. And I need to be up to put them to bed. Plus taking care of them during the day.

Add to this my long-distance relationship (boyfriend lives in NYC) with who I try to spend as much time as possible...

I have anxiety and depression too, :hugs and I'm sure this isn't helping. Especially lately (not going to get into it, but things aren't good right now).

I get it. We do what we have to do inspite of how exhausted we feel. :hugs Make sure to eat well and stay hydrated. Good health plays a huge part on our mental state. Breathe deeply too, I have to constantly remind myself not to just sniff air, improper breathing makes anxiety and depression worse. :hugs
