That was my initial thought. I just don't want to get a weird, powdery white again. I went as Stolas last year and used the make up pallet for Halloween and that was an absolute mistake

Standard lotions and make ups are for daily wear, so they are too freaky looking. I would imagine Halloween make up is pretty scary stuff.

Both, most likely Let-oh. Although if you'd like to get super technical I'd be more inclined to pronounce it Let-oh if it had two "t"s
