Lice eggs...

what is the quickest and easiest way to pick off Lice eggs. I got rid of the adults but I have some eggs still and my son has to take them to fair in 4 days.

It's hard to pick them off. If you went the chicken with soap and water it's easy for them to slip right off!

I've read about people using coconut oil (melted so that it's liquid) to get lice eggs off the feather shafts.
