Lice?

Help - I noticed that a couple of my darker hens - the RIR and Black Aussie - have a few little white dots on their backs. I didn't think much about it, but then I noticed that the white dots moved!!! Is it lice? Should I dust them and the coop with Sevin? Do I have to throw the eggs away? If so, for how long?

This helped me identify mine as Lice, I treated with "Poultry Protector" it worked REALLY well
