Lies and Deceit - A Fantasy RP

Luna shook her head in mocking disapproval, responding “I really don’t know what you’re talking about.” She gave him a little grin afterwards, indicating the exact opposite was true

"Uh huh." Alec said, but decided to drop it. "Will your friends notice you're gone? After all, it's getting late & dark, they might get worried."

Persepolis smiled warmly, responding softly, "You're welcome. Thank you for asking me, I had a great time." She was debating whether or not she should hug him or something. She eventually decided that she didn't need to be so bold and opted instead to gently squeeze his hand and remark, "Maybe we can go out again sometime in the near future. If you'd want to keep going out, that is." She blushed, waiting for his reply.
Hector nodded nervously, his confidence leaving him once again. He responded in another shy whisper “I’d love that.” He squeezed her hand in return, gently, before reluctantly letting go of her and walking to his room, unless she had something else to tell him. He waited for a second, but his body language indicated he was about to head to his room even though he would rather stayed with her more. It was just a first date, after all.

Luna nodded, looking once again at the darkened sky. She stood up slowly, before looking to him, responding softly “You’re right. I should go.” She paused, before continuing honestly “Thank you for letting me talk a little, I liked it. I guess...I’ll see you again?”

"Bye." Alec said simply, his face going blank and he looked away into the fire.

Luna walked away, a little discouraged at his blank expression, hoping he would be more enthusiastic to see her again. However, when she had been with him, he had been funny and kind and respectful. She saw him as a tough man on the outside, chiseled by the ruthlessness of the world, but kindhearted on the inside. She had seen some of that today.

Persepolis smiled at Hector's response. She watched as he let go of her and started to walk away, then paused. Persepolis called out cautiously and inquisitively, "Hey, um, are you doing anything before everyone goes to sleep? Or just hitting the hay?" She spoke quietly, blushing. Truthfully, Persepolis didn't want to be alone. But she wasn't going to push herself on him if he wanted to leave.

Alec watched her leave & debated following her. After she disappeared into the dark, he decided against it, not knowing what could be out there.

Hector spoke truthfully, “Id rather be awake for a little longer.” Reading her expression, he suggested softly “We can hang out a little more if you want.” His eyes were calm and kind, letting her say no if she wanted to even though he thought she wanted to be with him some more.

Persepolis nodded stating caly, "Me too." She accepted his offer, speaking softly, "I'd like to spend more time with you if its not a bother to you." She looked at the ground, hoping he wouldn't say it was.
